“ ***Catering**** First of all, I am a person who do not spend time to provide feedback for any service either it is good or bad. I always felt mouth publicity is the best feedback as we all know restaurants sometimes serves good food and sometimes don't. So, I feel feedback isn't really important. However, today I really wanted to appreciate and provide my honest feedback to this start up food truck. I have randomly stopped at this place and loved their BBQ, and immediately asked the owner if he can provide live BBQ service for my daughters birthday, however he offered me that he can do all the other items along with the live BBQ, I have hesitated to order the entire catering service to the food truck which I randomly stopped, but upon talking to the owner I felt confidence and honestly wanted to give them a chance and these guys did a wonderful job right from setting the food tables, Dishes with Chafers and last but not least the wonderful food. All of my guests were really enjoyed the food. I am glad that I have trusted them. I encourage everyone to stop by and taste their food. I hope they provide good service to you all as they did for me. ”
